Visit the Park

Directions to Virgil Phillips Farm County Park

The park is located five miles north of Moscow, Idaho and  eight miles south of Potlatch, Idaho on the west side of Highway 95.  A brown County Park sign indicates the entrance from each direction.  Parking is located at the foot of the hill.

Facilities

 

Two covered picnic shelters, each with a barbeque grill and picnic tables, are located near the parking area.

 

A portable bathroom is available.

Park Rules

These rules were established to insure the safety and enjoyment of all visitors, to protect wildlife and delicate habitats, and to respect the rights of the park's neighbors.

  •  Park is opened from 7 A.M. until sunset.

  •  When the gate is closed, walk-in only.

  •  Dogs must be on leashes.

  •  No unauthorized plant cutting.

  •  No hunting or harassing of wildlife.

  •  No unauthorized fires.

  •  No alcoholic beverages.

  •  No paintball, golf, or fireworks.

  •  No unauthorized camping.

  •  No firearms within park boundaries.

  •  No off-road driving.

  •  No biking.
